We are partnering with a dynamic, project-driven company seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with an accounting background to support the business with a critical accounting system migration project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual to play a key role in a major business transformation.

In this exciting, project-based role (hybrid - 2 days in the office), you will be instrumental in:

• Collaborating closely with project managers and the finance team to gain a deep understanding of current accounting processes
• Analysing and mapping system requirements to the new accounting software across multiple territories
• Developing comprehensive user training materials to ensure a smooth transition
• Facilitating communication with IT and vendors for seamless system implementation
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of the new system's functionality
• Providing ongoing support to end-users throughout the migration process
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A strong accounting background (qualified accountant or relevant experience)
• Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within a project environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
