Business Analyst

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Performing analyses and reports as assigned (draw new insights, unpack cause/consequence, ROI, and answer questions such as "What's going on?" and "What if we did...?"
• Documenting your work via Jira (using the provided framework)
• Contributing to additional knowledge and improvements through documentation in Confluence and Atlan.
• Coming up with new ideas to analyse how our KPIs work together, and what they mean, including their impact on the business
• Digging deeper to find efficiencies in processes and ways of working
• Working with other Business Analysts and the rest of the data and analytics team to find, define, and using data to improve communication and data understanding across the company
• Giving recommendations to your stakeholders to make sure that we are growing the business more efficiently.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Data/Business Analyst, Management Consultant (super plus), Financial Analyst, or similar.
• Academic background preferred – MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, Econometrics, or other relevant education/business experience.
• Strong aptitude for collecting data from many sources, carrying out analysis, and providing insight from the findings
• Understanding how data models work and fit together
• Ability to explain complex things in an understandable way

Nice to have skills:

• Whilst not a prerequisite, candidates with experience in igaming, Data Modelling, R, Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau
