Responsibilities:
1. Provide P2P SME Knowledge: Share subject matter expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the Oracle Fusion environment. Contribute insights and recommendations based on extensive knowledge of P2P systems and best practices.
2. Oracle Fusion Descriptive/Key Flex Fields: Define and manage Oracle Fusion Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) and Key Flex Fields (KFF) to meet business requirements. Ensure proper utilisation and configuration of these fields for optimal functionality.
3. Running/Generating Oracle Fusion FBDI Modules: Execute and generate Oracle Fusion File-Based Data Import (FBDI) modules for clients. Ensure accurate and timely data imports to support business processes.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead senior stakeholder discussions to obtain buy-in for changes, requirements, scope adjustments, and risk mitigation plans. Influence stakeholders by providing compelling justifications for proposed changes.
5. Review and Challenge Fusion Delivery Plans: Assess and scrutinise Fusion delivery plans at both release and project levels. Provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Review and Challenge Fusion Status Updates: Evaluate status updates for Fusion projects and releases. Challenge and validate progress reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
7. Point of Contact for Fusion Core Solution Team: Act as the primary liaison between the business and the Fusion Core Solution team. Review and provide feedback on global template, design variations, change requests, and Design Authority matters.
