Sellick Partnership are again supporting one of our long-standing Public-Sector clients to recruit for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis to join their Digital & Technology directorate.
The organisation are a highly respected and well-known arm's length Public Sector body who provide award winning services on a national basis.
The Business Analyst will be joining a highly skilled team to help them develop their industry leading digital products and services to their customers.
Accountabilities:
- Process modelling: use of range of tools and techniques to map "AS-IS" and "To-Be" processes
- Requirements gathering: use of range of tools and techniques to gather user and business requirements against clear project objectives.
- Benefit analysis: evaluation of weaknesses and strengths in line with project objectives
- Impact analysis: identify consequences of change and estimate modifications within overall project design
- Facilitation: assist with identifying needs
- System analysis: ensure project activities are mapped to ensure effective delivery and work in partnership with system analysts to translate business needs
- Business improvement: work alongside business improvement teams to identify BAU improvements
- Documentation: assist to create functional specifications, user cases, user stories, forms and templates
Desired Criteria:
- Experience as Business Analyst in a formal environment
- Proficient skills within Microsoft Technology stack (Dynamics 365, SharePoint etc)
- Able to demonstrate the application of a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques to gather and analyse information
- Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
- Able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
