Learning Connect is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Development within the Construction Industry and a passion for driving growth and success. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Learning Connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Construction Industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic Business Development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized training solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in Business Development within the Construction Industry.
Strong understanding of Construction Industry trends, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CITB, Pearson test, Railways, and CCDO regulations and standards is preferred.
