Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tailored Business Development strategies to meet client objectives.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and Business Development performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably from a top 20 university.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
