AddressRME Consultants are working with a business in Didcot to find a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. Are you a team player who has a passion for sales?
Role: Business Development Executive
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum + Commission
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time
Contract: Permanent
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Business Development Executive:
- New Business Development with a focus on winning and retaining clients
- Opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts
- Prospect and qualify potential opportunities through phone outreach
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with both existing and new accounts
- Discuss, advise, and provide quotations to clients for their project requirements
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as needed
- Responsible for maintaining margins to achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
- Attend face-to-face client meetings
Experience requirement for the Business Development Executive:
- No experience required, but a keen interest in sales is essential
- Business-to-business selling experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to earn a substantial salary
- Possess a positive, self-motivated, and hunter mentality
- Background in a customer- or sales-focused career is highly beneficial
