Your Role as a Business Development Manager:
As a pivotal figure in the business, you will spearhead initiatives to broaden the client base, nurture meaningful stakeholder relationships, and grow a new service.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Expansion: Cultivate strategic partnerships and actively engage with influential stakeholders.
Develop new opportunities: Proactively respond to client tenders and capitalise on emerging business prospects.
Digital Footprint Establishment: Establish a robust online presence within our targeted markets.
Market Penetration: Strengthen engagement with commissioners, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine and execute well planned Business Development strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Diligently monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform astute growth strategies.
The Business Development Manager will:
- Ideally possess a degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrate a track record of at least two years of distinguished service in a comparable capacity.
- Exhibit exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and analytical prowess.
- Possess the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and leverage insights to capitalise on opportunities.
- Be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other essential Business Development tools.
- Have a steadfast commitment to achieving and surpassing pre-determined goals and objectives.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license and be happy to travel around the Cornwall region
