Salary: £45,000 with an OTE of £90,000
Job Description:
Our client, based in Nottingham are currently recruiting for a Business Development Managerto work within their digital sales team.
The role of the Business Development Manager will be to build strong partnerships with new customers, working with large organisations with corporate customers offering a unique bespoke e-learning platform to their customers. You will be responsible for working closely with these new clients, meeting with them ideally face to face, ideally you will be familar with software sales.
The role of the Business Development Executive will be to build strong partnerships with customer organisations, building the foundations of a new customer base whilst maintaining existing ones. You would be responsible for ensuring that customers are properly introduced to the business and working with the client closely to ensure all of their requirements are met.
Day to Day Responsibilities for the Business Developer role:
- Strong selling experience ideally within selling Software As A Service (SaaS)
- You will be negotiating effectively to ensure new clients are onboarded successfully;
- Growing existing client accounts;
- Responsible for personal activity: arranging phone calls, meeting with customers and securing new business
- High sales acumen
The successful Business Developer will have previous experience ideally within software sales and have:
- Proven track record within Sales.
- Ability to win new business and effective negotiation skills with senior members of customer organisations.
- Happy to undertake calling of new clients as well as existing business;
- Driven and highly motivated to succeed within a competitive marketplace
