My client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their rapidly growing business, based in their Warwick office.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan, forecast and deliver monthly & quarterly the business plan
- Update market analysis and identify critical customer segments
- Prospect and Lead generation
- Establish and maintain senior and C-level relationships
- Lead and coordinate offer preparation
- Support ongoing sales process improvements and recommend enhancements for better CRM implementation
- Actively prospect for potential new clients
- Grow the base of customers using new business acquisition
- Cross market sell the company’s products to current clients
- Manage new Business Development within the business, working closely with their Client Success and Technical teams
- Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation
- Research and build relationships with new clients
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development & sales in automotive and/or software
A strong track record in sales and success story
Good English language skills
