Business Development Manager- Logistics (Warehouse Space)
Location: Middlewich. Working from home can be supported.
Interim: Up to 6 months – Task based assignment with competitive salary. A large incentive once task completed
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our Contract Logistics team on an interim basis. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell warehouse space for our Middlewich warehouse. You will play a crucial role in utilising space and maximising efficiencies for one of our key customer warehouses.

What will you be doing?
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients interested in warehouse space solutions
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local market, customer needs and industry trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sale targets through proactive sales initiatives.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the available warehouse space including the existing customer
- Negotiate agreements and terms with prospective tenants to maximise occupancy and revenue
About You
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented
