Position:

A field-based Business Development Manager role with a focus on new business and network development. The key here is the large deal values which can exceed the hundreds of thousands, so while the role is a blend of leads provided and self-generation, you are taking a high value, premium product to market requiring a targeted, solution lead sales focus, winning good business rather than just looking to satisfy daily KPI’s. You will most likely (based on top performers’ activities) see yourself conducting 2-3 client meetings a day, with sales cycles ranging from 1-12 months.

Experience Required:

You should have 2 – 5+ years product sales experience, ideally selling using a consultative solution sales approach working closely with your clients in satisfying their needs and requirements. Ideally you will be outgoing, positive, a natural rapport builder that relishes meeting and engaging with new contacts and although capable of working on your own, is a great team worker, use to working with other stakeholders in your business to secure the sale but also to mutually create growth across the business as a whole.
