The role will be responsible for business growth through identifying potential sales leads, pitching business products and services and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar industry.

Job Description
- Take a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new ones, as well as developing strategic and innovative plans for growth in the different existing and emerging markets.
- Effectively following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays.
- Pipeline and Key Account management.
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings.
- Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in electro-mechanical services
- Full UK Driving License
- Sales statistics, calculating metrics such as return on investment (ROI), pipeline value and qualified leads per month.
- Good understanding and experience of Business Development activities.
- A strong analytic skill set with the ability to interpret data.
