This is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right Business Director. Firstly, you'll need to be a real expert when it comes to making experiential work, and you'll have a burning desire to make game changing work.

We want an entrepreneurial Business Director who has a love and passion for experiential work. You will be a Business Director who has worked at the leading experiential agencies, working on campaigns that people talk about and you'll be a forward thinking client services leader.

The Business Director will lead the experiential department, and you'll report directly into the MD - who is fantastic, a real people person and you'll have their support. They're keen to create success, and build on what they've done for years. They have work that comes in to them from across the business, and you and your team will oversee this. As the agency's Brand Experience Director, you'll oversee this with your team, and also hustle across the wider business to create growth for your department. Naturally you'll be rewarded for this growth also. They have some excellent credentials, have made award winning work, and the final part of the jigsaw is finding a leader who can take shape, drive this department and create success. 

You'll need to be a Business Director who has an interest in culture, fashion, retail, brands and today's world, and how brands interact with consumers. You need a view point, and a strategic and creative opinion. But more importantly you need to be a Business Director who has made stand out experiential work, and you're hugely excited by this art.
