Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an eager and professional Office Service Assistant for one of our high-rolling international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Printing and scanningEnsuring the printers are fully stockedAssisting with health & safetyPreparing meeting roomsWelcoming guestsProviding general administrative support to the lawyers and Business Services teamsApplicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and ideally have some experience working within an office environment.
