- Maintain electronic calendars for the management team, organising learning events, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and administer learning and development events and meetings
- Respond to and screen calls, emails, and other enquiries, providing a high level of customer care.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, composing correspondence independently when required.
- Produce typed documents from various sources using different software packages.
- Maintain the Corporate Learning and Development intranet, EIS, and CIS.
- Strong administrative experience, preferably within a learning and development context.
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Experience in event and meeting coordination.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
The position will be full-time and for a 3-month period.
Initially staff would be required to attend the office for induction training and then move to a Hybrid working model with 1 to 2 days at home with the rest of the time being in the office based at County Hall.
