Business Support Officer
My client near Royston is looking for a Business Support Officer to join their team to support the department with their administration.
This would suit someone with an admin background who is keen in learning and development and employee relations.
The Business Support Officer will be integral to their Services team, assisting in the seamless delivery of client projects and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role requires collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Support Officer
Project Coordination:
- Assist in setting up and managing projects, utilising tools like SalesForce and Clickup.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and facilitate necessary adjustments to meet contractual KPIs.
Data Management:
- Input and maintain data integrity within SalesForce and Clickup platforms.
- Adhere to data security policies.
- Regularly collate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to project financials, including invoicing and contract performance data.
- Liaise with the Finance team for project setup, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation, supporting weekly reporting activities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in providing admin support.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
