We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic start-up company using cutting edge AI & Chatbot Technology to develop the next generation of customer experience. The ideal candidate will have solid experience within Channel Sales. Opportunity to be home-based within a couple of hours of Berkshire, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, maximising revenue from these accounts.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
Build, maintain and manage relationships with current and prospective partners
Onboarding key resellers and providing ongoing guidance and support
Demonstrating platform and communicating the value proposition well
Promoting sales to end used through partner organisations
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and targets
Implementing Partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on market competition
Requirements
Sales experience with B2B 'Voice messaging' Channel Partners highly advantageous
Solid sales experience within software/UC/Contact Centre Channel Sales essential
Graduate calibre
Exceptional communication skills
Flexible to travel to partner locations (Driver needed)
