All staff are offered a dinner for 2 with paired drinks within every 6 month period, provided they have been working with us for a minimum of 4 weeks. On top of dinner for 2 all staff are entitled to 20% off their bills whilst in Montrose’s employment. You will be allowed to purchase cost price wine from the entire wine list including all beers and spirits.
