Children's Home Registered Manager

Your new company
You will be working for a fantastic children's residential care home in West London. The home provides quality care and support for children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.

Your new role
As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the home and the best outcomes for the young residents. You will also have a solid understanding of the OFSTED regulations and policies for residential childcare.

What you'll need to succeed

• An NVQ Level 3 and/or working towards a level 5 with children and young adults
• At least 2 years experience as a manager in a residential setting for children with EBD.
• A good knowledge of the legislation, standards and safeguarding practices for residential childcare
• A commitment to the welfare and development of children and young people
