Domiciliary Care Managers are pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients. The role involves:
- Overseeing the provision of 5000 hours of care per month to primarily private clients, with a focus on expanding nursing services.
- Maintaining and enhancing the company's Good CQC rating through excellent leadership and service standards.
- Demonstrating a stable track record in care management and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ensuring all care services are compliant with current regulations and best practices.
The company is looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager who possesses:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- A stable and proven track record in the health care sector, Either domiciliary care, nursing care or a care home
- The capability to develop and maintain relationships with both private and NHS clients.
- A commitment to upholding the company's reputation and care standards.
- Should you hold a PIN at the moment - that would be a real advantage
