Cloud Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the care support homes that will provide supported living services to young people ages 16-21. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a difference in the lives of young people.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily operations and staff at our care support home locations.
Working to successfully register the company with CQC.
Meeting or exceeding CQC standards to achieve the highest ratings.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Preparing for and managing CQC inspections.
Implementing policies and procedures in accordance with regulations.
Monitoring and maintaining high quality care and support for all residents.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring care staff.
Building relationships and communicating with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Complying with legal and statutory requirements as the Registered Manager.
Managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and effectively.
Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of the service.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Registered Manager in the care sector supporting young people with learning disabilities.
Current CQC Registered Manager qualification.
Proven track record of achieving positive CQC ratings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
Knowledge of health and safety best practices.
Commitment to empowering and safeguarding vulnerable young people.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
