Your new role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Residential Workers who are all dedicated to transforming lives and creating positive outcomes. You will also oversee the full range of activities involved in managing a children's home, such as planning, budgeting, staffing, monitoring and reporting. You will have a solid understanding of the OFSTED regulations and policies for residential childcare and the ability to deliver at least 'good' in the home's Ofsted inspection.
What you'll need to succeed

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and social care with children and young adults
• Prior experience in residential children's homes, including at least a year with staff supervision and management responsibility.
• A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
• Excellent leadership and staff management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound business awareness and a flair for promoting the service.
• Flexibility, drive and resilience.
