The Business School has launched a range of 16 short courses covering a wide range of topics, including leadership, management, strategy, finance, digital transformation, data and AI. The Client Relations Officer is responsible for promotion, recruitment and booking of places for a range of these courses, ensuring that each course booking is the right fit for the individual or organisation. The Client Relations officer supports the whole process from first point of contact through to successful application and beyond, developing an ongoing pipeline of future potential applications. Applicants should have a track record of customer service, achieving targets, with significant experience in Client Relations, or business development, and expertise in consultative selling. Essential to this role is the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including internal colleagues, representing the “voice of the customer”, to ensure the highest standards of learner and client experience. The role requires excellence in building rapport, communication, influencing, listening, presentation, organisation and customer service. As an advocate for learning and development for the Business School, applicants should similarly have a passion for their own learning and development.
