Our Client Services department currently have an internal opportunity for a Client Services Manager. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best. HSBC corporate site Canary Wharf.
Working at one of the largest corporate sites in Nuffield, your role is to lead and inspire the team of Client Services administrators, ensuring that every aspect of the Front of House department operates seamlessly and successfully.
As our Client Services Manager, you will:
- Work alongside front of house team
- Assist with membership sign ups and secondary revenue streams
- Manage team rota
- Be responsible for daily and weekly banking
- Conduct gym tours
- Participate in management meetings
To succeed as a Client Services Manager, you will need:
- Have experience managing a team (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with filing, banking, and spreadsheets
- Have experience working within a corporate environment
- Organized
- Detail oriented
Monday to Friday No weekends or Bank holidays.
