This company is Northern Europe's largest CFO forum they connect over 11,000 professionals from over 15 different countries. Connecting CFOs, finance leaders, and tomorrow's innovators by addressing issues of the future CFOs.
They are part of a huge media company consisting of 8 media companies combined into one whose goal is to be the largest B2B media company in the world!
Based in their London HQ just a short distance away from Victoria Station. You will also be traveling overseas to attend the conferences.

Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for ensuring that the sponsors have the best possible experience in planning and attending the event. You will essentially be the bridge between Sponsorship and Logistics with the aim of getting the client to resign from your hard work.
* Source suppliers to plan and organise the venue according to the client's agreement.
* Maximise client's brand awareness at the event.
* Attend the events on the day and solve any issues that may occur.
* Create the greatest and exciting conferences for up to 6000+ attendees!
* Work closely alongside internal departments like operations, sponsorship, and sales.
* Handle 30/40 clients at once and take them through the process making everything as hassle-free as possible for them.
