Clinical Administrator
12 month FTC
Manchester City Centre
24,000 per annum
35 hours Monday - Friday
Hybrid working after probation

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Medical Company in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Processing patient referrals
- Use of diary management software and Excel database
- Booking testing kit slots
- Processing card payments
- Answering all incoming calls and responding to queries on the testing process
- Liaising with secretaries, physiologists and clinicians
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
We are looking for candidates with:
- Excellent administration skills
- Ideally previous experience working in a medical or clinical environment
- First class customer service and communication skills
- Good time management and reliability
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems easily
- Reliable, flexible with excellent time management
- Understanding of the importance of following policies and procedures
