Clinical Secretary

Your new companyOur client is a leader in their medical field, often speaking at events and conferences. They pride themselves on providing world leading care and services and are now looking for a secretary to join them to cover a period of maternity leave. Your new roleA lovely opportunity to cover a period of maternity until July 2024. Working in a small team of clinical secretaries, you will be responsible for audio and copying letters and correspondence both routine and from audio tapes. Ensuring test results are sent to the clinicians for review, attending meetings and taking minutes. Managing patient records and ensuring they are kept up to date. Covering the other secretaries in their absence.
