A vibrant destination with a beautiful lakeside location, it offers a fun and fast-paced working environment.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Commis Chef to join our Sky Bar & Restaurant Kitchen team. The ideal candidate would be required to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting in the food preparation and general up-keep of the kitchen.

Key Competencies:

• Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas.
• Assisting in food production.
• Assisting in producing menu ideas.
• Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Storing away all crockery, cutlery, glassware and handling with great care.
• Making sure that all kitchen equipment, including food mixers, fridges and cookers are in good working order.
• Reporting any faulty equipment to the Duty Manager.
• Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised at all times.

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience working as a Commis Chef
• Can accurately follow instructions
• Meticulous in detail
• Able to work unsupervised
• Has attention to detail
