AddressLocated in the beautiful Lake District National Park we are looking for a Commis Chef or Trainee Chef to join our team. We are a AA 4 star hotel, 45 bedrooms with extensive conference/banqueting facilities and a 80 cover Bar & Restaurant.
You do not need to have previous experience as full training will be given and you will be given the opportunity to work towards NVQ Level 1 & 2. The only thing we require, is that you are hardworking and have ambition and passion to develop a career as a chef.
The role will involve assisting the other chefs with preparation and cooking of food at service time and maintaining food hygiene within the kitchen environment. It will include some breakfast shifts, some split shifts, but mainly evening straight shifts and will require weekend work.
