40 hours per week Mon-Fri (flexible hours)

£23k + £2000 travel allowance & bonus

Ideal Recruit are looking for Community Liaison Officers on behalf of our client within the telecommunications industry based in the Yorkshire region. You will be a confident and outgoing individual. You will be focussed on one to one engagement with residents, communities and key stakeholders to engage with them ahead of any major civils works taking place.
The successful candidate will connect with those in the area and gather accurate data from the build team to be able to keep residents and communities up to date on the progression of civils works and follow up with residents for feedback on any issues they encounter whilst the works were ongoing.

About you:

• Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who can build stakeholder relationships and has relevant experience in this. You will have strong communication skills and be able to engage with the community and actively promote the company deployment story whilst managing customer concerns, feedback and issues.
• Every interaction with the community counts - you will be expected to capture key customer information that will provide insight for the business to drive future growth.

Requirements:

• This is very much an in-person role. You must have your own transport so you can travel to the communities we are building in, visiting them several times each week.
• Experience within a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
• Experience in Telecoms would be an advantage but not essential.
