SalaryLead community engagement and volunteer programs at Groundlings Theatre Trust. Linked to our fourth coming production of Gatsby. Develop outreach initiatives supported by Arts Council funding. Ensure positive experiences for participants and enhance community involvement. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office much of the time, however some remote working may be possible. Operating within a historic Grade II* listed building, we produce theatre showcasing local talent. Our programs combat social isolation and offer skills development opportunities.
