Pay & Reward Lead - REMOTE working
Home-based up to £48,000 + Benefits - occasionally driving to various client sites.

This role is Home working / Remote with occasional travel once per month to various sites across the UK.

The role:
Achieve Pay and Reward goal to be a sector leader in reward.
* Develop Reward Strategies: Ensure reward and benefits programs reinforce corporate values, engage colleagues, and balance stakeholder needs.
Provide Expert Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support innovative reward policies and processes.
* Lead Reward Initiatives: Lead reward initiatives, from the annual compensation cycle to developing salary benchmarks and employee grade structures.
* Deliver Recurring Activities including the annual pay review, benefits renewal, gender pay reporting, and various cyclical bonus schemes.
Maintain Job Descriptions: Review and support the creation of job descriptions, ensuring they are up-to-date and fit for purpose.
Develop Reward Policies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and refine reward policies and processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.

Essential experience and qualifications for the Pay & Reward Role
* Educated to degree level in HR or Business-related subject and holding CIPD or CIPP level 5 or higher,
* Previous experience in a Reward role, Compensation & Benefits Role, Pay & Reward role
* Experience in market benchmarking and pay & market analysis, and of conducting job evaluations, ideally familiar with Hay (qualified) and WTW global grading system.
* You have advanced capabilities in MS Excel and other MS Office applications and your strong analytical skills allow you to interpret and apply market data and trends with precision.
