Responsibilities

Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits (C&B) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs for the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. The Senior Manager C&B will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR Business Partners, APAC region team and external vendors to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits solutions that align with the company's overall objectives.

 

  • Design and implement Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levels
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including benchmarking, budgeting, and salary structure analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations related to compensation and benefits, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to provide accurate data and analysis for financial reporting and budgeting purposes.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefits providers and compensation consultants, to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's values and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all employee relations activities and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, as needed, to address complex or high-risk employee relations issues.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent above
  • Min 10+ years experiences in relevant field of HR 
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including the design and implementation of programs in a global organization.
  • Proven experience in employee relations management is a plus with In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
  • Experience managing executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation plans.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
