Complaint Handler

Huntswood is looking for experienced Complaint Handlers, ideally with utilities experience, to join an exciting project for a large energy provider. If you have a complaint handling experience, excellent customer contact skills and can manage your own workload then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: 1st July

Day Rate: £155 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Office Based

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Experience managing customer complaints
• Experience working for a utilities company would be beneficial
• Experience writing bespoke communications to customers
• Excellent telephony skills to deal with customers over the phone
• Time management skills to manage own workload to regulated deadlines and quality standards
• Commitment to work in office in Glasgow
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word

As a Utilities Complaint Handler you will be managing customer complaint around billing, metering, customer service and much more from customers of this large energy supplier. Using your excellent communication skills and complaints experience you will discuss the complaint with the customer and come up with a resolution that suits both the customer and the client.
