What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: Contracts and Onboarding Specialist

6-month temp (likelihood of going permanent)

Available to start within 2 weeks notice if possible

Salary: £45,000 + £2,500

As a Contracts and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting consultants across multiple countries and projects. Your expertise will guide them through required; legal compliance, background checks, and HR/employment requirements for each consultant, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing experience. You will ideally be able to speak Dutch or German and you will be working with multiple teams including: Sales, HR, Talent and Finance.

Day to day:

• Contract Management: Oversee international consultant contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating potential risks
• Compliance: Proactively identify and address compliance concerns related to international consultant engagements, propose areas of improvement
• Use multiple vendor management systems
• Provide administrative support for national projects, managing documentation, communications, and consultant needs/ requirements
• Prepare legal documentation
• Track client invoices and generate financial reports using multiple tools
• Streamline consultant onboarding by collaborating with HR and Talent teams on all pre-boarding tasks, including reference checks, background screenings, and employment verification. Secure necessary equipment through delivery coordination and logistics, guaranteeing consultants hit the ground running from day one.

What is the company looking for?

• Dutch or German Speaker
• 3+ years of relevant experience across contracts support, HR, Operations, Legal, Compliance or Onboarding
• Experience within Professional, Financial or Legal Industry
• Relevant degree in HR or other Business Administration related studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with relational databases, SharePoint and ATS or WMS experience a plus
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well autonomously, follow procedures and have a strong attention to detail.
• Proactive personality, right attitude, accountability
