Key Accountabilities:

➢ Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

• Utilise various channels (online platforms, social networks, job boards) to identify potential candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.

➢ Interviewing and Selection:

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support hiring manager with interviewing process ➢ Long-Term Strategy:
• Provide input to ensure diverse and qualified teams.
• Align staffing needs with the organisation’s long-term goals.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.

➢ Relationship Building:

• Form close relationships with hiring managers to set clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.

• Foster trust with potential hires. ➢ Preboarding and Documentation: • Issue offer, employment contracts and related documents.

• Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. ➢ Coordination and Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Communicate onboarding procedures to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align new employees with their teams.
• Liaising with different agencies for complex roles ➢ Compliance and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records related to onboarding activities.
• Assist with any necessary adjustments or updates

What you’ll need:
Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
