Venn Group are delighted to be supporting them in their recruitment of an experienced Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £44,700 - £49,200 per annum
Daily duties:
- Ensure that regulatory standards are maintained and effective monitoring processes are in place to support all accommodations in achieving QAF Level A performance standards
- Carry out regular audits in accordance to QAF and company policy and procedures
- Support compliance with Regulator of Social Housing performance standards and good governance
- Commission external consultants to undertake audits on a periodical basis
- Responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with GDPR requirements
- Complete quality audits and ‘mock inspections’ for key departments across the business to ensure an ongoing focus on Compliance and continuous improvement
- Ensure that residents receive outstanding customer service and complaints are dealt with in accordance with the company policy and procedure
- Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with the landlord’s maintenance team, as well as with external tradesmen and contractors
- Work with external agencies and strategic relationships
Essential requirements:
- Good IT skills including MS Office (ideal candidate will have Salesforce experience)
- Strong administration and policy writing skills
- Good understanding of mental health and support services
