What we’re looking for:
- Do you have a working knowledge of LGSR’s and domestic and commercial gas contracts?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Compliance Quality Assurance Inspector to join us on a Permanent basis.
As a Compliance Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be joining a team of Engineers and Inspectors and supporting them with service delivery.
Interviews for this role will take place on the week commencing 26/02/23.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Managing and documenting a regime of physical inspection to confirm that all plant and equipment is fully compliant with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Systematically collating and analysing data on the performance of mechanical plant to identify any shortcomings in the maintenance regime or need for investment to rectify chronic, or potentially acute, problems.
- Inspecting major service failures, intermittent breakdowns and protracted repairs to ensure that the contractor is following an effective diagnostic process and carrying out works as required under the contract
- Investigating service failures and incidents in accordance with RoSPA or similar techniques, and provide clear written reports on findings. Liaise closely with the Health and Safety team in relation to near misses, accidents and potentially dangerous situation
- Inspecting works in progress to ensure that the contractor is working safely in accordance with Peabody’s Health and Safety requirement. Provide expert and comprehensive advice on Peabody’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
