We would like to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Officer with experience in the licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation/Caravan Sites and enforcement in Private Sector Housing to join a multi-skilled, Compliance Team. The team regulates a diverse range of disciplines including environmental control, public health, food safety, health & safety, licensing, planning, Private Sector Housing and environmental crime. Your role will be to deliver regulatory services in relation to Private Sector Housing.

On a typical day, you would inspect Houses in Multiple Occupation and Caravan sites and investigate complaints relating to them.

Qualifications
Compliance Officer Level 1: Educated to NVQ level 3 / A Level standard or equivalent experience. CIEH accreditation (desirable).
