About the role:
Our team of dedicated and experienced Project Managers is looking to expand. As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing residential building and refurbishment projects. From small upgrades to full house renovations, you'll ensure quality delivery, adhering to building codes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Concurrently manage diverse residential projects Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, architects, and suppliers Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a highly organised, communicative individual with:
Strong residential construction background Previous domestic refurbishment experience Management experience Excellent onsite and client communication skills Literacy, IT skills A clean UK driving license
