We're looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator with facilities management experience to join our team in Stevenage as the main contact for our client homes and day centres in the Young Herts (YH) contract. You'll receive phone calls and emails and ensure all are responded to in line with our SLA. You'll allocate jobs to internal trade teams, external contractors and service providers and ensure completions meet contract requirements and statutory legislation.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the administration and planning duties in a busy environment, dealing with general queries to specialist areas to ensure statutory and contract compliance.
You'll be organised and methodical, able to multi task and have experience of operating systems including Microsoft Office suite. Excellent attention to detail the ability to problem solve are essential.
You'll provide efficient and effective support for the business, produce accurate and timely data in line with business requirements and liaise with staff from across the business to ensure all required support is delivered. You'll provide Facilities Management Administration, supply chain administration and actively take part in internal and external audits. Ensuring that any recommendations are actioned with learning outcomes captured.
