Salary: £28,004 - £32,413 per annum, pro rata

Have you got excellent organisational skills and previous experience working as an Administrator?
Do you have a sound working knowledge and experience of business operating systems and MS Office suite?

We're looking for someone who can manage the day-today tasks arising from the management of the Clarion Fleet estate. This will involve:
Maintaining a central vehicle list (in conjunction with local area support)
Processing traffic fines and penalties
Driver Licence Checking (in conjunction with local area support)
Grey Fleet Checks (in line with Group H&S)
Ensuring all MOT's are completed on time (in conjunction with local area support)
Ensuring all vehicle inspections are carried out (in conjunction with local area support)
Providing an advice/help line for all drivers
Maintaining accounts with parking, congestion and toll suppliers (in conjunction with local area support)
Act as an escalation point for suppliers (garages, rental companies, insurers etc.)
You'll be someone with a good level of IT proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have the ability to write clear, accurate and concise records and analyse data from a variety of sources. It is desirable that you have some experience in Fleet or Fleet Management.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
