Your new role
You will assist in preparing tenders and tender submission documents and provide general support to the Commercial Manager and QS'.
Organise and schedule contract data, such as project start dates, completion dates, values, and retentions.
Assist with the procurement of sub-contractors, including the preparation and issuing of enquiry documents and sub-contract orders.
Monitor application and invoice submission and payment dates.
Help with the preparation of commercial reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in an Administration role for a construction company.
You will have some commercial understanding from previous experience.
You must be able to use your initiative to easily adapt to a new position.
You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
