The main duties as a Contracts Administrator are:
- End to end work flow admin of reactive works through Maximo
- Provide oversight and distribution of work orders
- Raise and receipting purchase orders
- Liaise with subcontractors for delivery of reactive works
- Liaise with the help desk for coordinating both access to building and the delivery work
- General data entry
