Job Title:Service Contracts Administrator
Hours of work: 40 hours per week 8:00am to 5.00pm with one hour unpaid lunch
Salary Range: 25-28k depending on relevant experience, with a fantastic benefits package.
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Reviewing and quality checking all Service Contracts
- Collect Order Numbers, Issue Invoices and manage reconciliations accurately to ensure appropriate costs have been allocated
- Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking
- Systems; Use of ADP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Employee holiday and sickness submission to HR
- General Administration
Essential:
- Strong IT Skills - Excel and Business Systems is essential
- Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative
- Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Quality focused and able to provide detailed and accurate work
- Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good time keeper
- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels - verbally, in print and on the telephone
