An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in Highways and Transportation as a Contracts and Compliance Support Officer within our Strategic Contract and Commissioning team within Highways & Transportation.
The post is varied and interesting providing specialist support on our Professional Services Framework and Highways Term Maintenance contracts.
To provide a consistent, high standard of support for Highway and Transportation contracts to enable us to meet our strategic outcomes and provide the right services including inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our highways to keep them safe and provide the best highway service we can for Kent’s residents, visitors, and businesses.
In this role you will be providing support to Heads of Service, the Contracts and Commissioning Team and other team members of GET as necessary.
To be eligible for the post you will need to possess the following skills/experience:
- Experience of reqular multi-tasking
- Highly motivated, excellent organisational, administration and communication skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
- Have experience in the use of IT systems; Excel, Word and Outlook
