We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to provide a Business Support function for the Integrated Social Care & Health Centre staff team. This is a new 80 bed reablement service that will provide short term care and support to Sandwell residents. You will be required to undertake the necessary admin functions to ensure the service operates to a high standard.
You will be expected to work alternate weekends and some bank holiday working will be included.
Week 1 Sunday 8am until 8pm, Thursday and Friday 4pm until 8pm.
Week 2 Monday and Tuesday 4pm until 8pm and Saturday 8am until 8pm
· Able to provide an effective, efficient and professional front line service.
· Driven and committed to achieving results.
· Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
· Able to manage competing demands.
Key Requirements:
· OCR L2 or equivalent in Word Processing.
· GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent.
· At least 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative/Business Support environment.
· Experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
