Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage individual caseloads, with supervision when needed.
- Provide prompt and efficient client service.
- Foster a collegiate and collaborative environment within the team and firm.
- Stay updated with continuing professional development and contribute to team meetings and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Essential: Solicitor with minimum 2 PQE in corporate, financial, banking, or commercial law.
- Interest in business development.
- Strong drafting, file management, and client relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and technological proficiency for independent and team-based work.
