SalaryOur client is looking for an incredibly compotent Corporate Litigation Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE with experience in Corporate Litigation You will be joining a firm that is highly regarded and has a well-established reputation along with broad experience across the entire sector. You will be positive, and professional, have a client-focused approach and be a great team player.
The role is in a Commercial Litigation department that specialises in providing advice and assistance on matters concerning contentious probate, debt claims, contract claims, and landlord and tenant disputes, amongst other matters. You will be linking up with other specialist departments in the firm where required.
The company has a partner-led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of commercial litigation matters including debt claims, contract claims, landlord and tenant disputes, property issues, civil litigation, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interviewing clients to get instructions
- Advising clients discussing plans and progress and keeping them fully informed about their matter
- Providing relevant documents
- Keeping client and matter files in good order and ensuring that all information is recorded thoroughly and accurately
- Dealing with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or on the telephone
- Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures, when handling all matters
- Supporting the growth of the department by being actively involved with business development
